Are you looking for an exciting and varied role?

At Offshore Virtual Assistants, a well-respected Australian Outsourcing company, we are looking to expand our administration team to support our Australian client, who has specialised in planning, development and environmental law for over 30 years, based in Sydney. They help clients who have ‘issues’ with their local council to achieve the best results for them with the council/court.

The service this role delivers is paramount, and the administrator role will play an integral part in this delivery.

We are looking for a loyal teaUpgrade to see actual infomber who is caring and committed for the long term, who loves learning and will take a strategic role in ensuring the company is delivering an excellent service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

PRIMARY ROLE

ADMINISTRATION
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedure
- Adept at taking minutes of the meeting
- Experience in calendar management and organising meetings
- Experience in using CRM and Microsoft Outlook
- Ideally. Experience using Actionsteps Legal Practice management software

FINANCIAL
Experience with basic accounting accounts payable/receivable and chasing payments and data entry

OTHER DUTIES as required to assist in the growth of the company

This will be a rewarding and fast-paced strategic role and will suit those with a keen eye for detail and an ability to prioritise and Upgrade to see actual info return, we offer a supportive environment and comprehensive training to ensure you get off to the best start.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a law firm or a legal company
- Relevant Degree required
- At least 2 years of experience Virtual Assistant role

Other Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - with internal and external customers
- Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience working in a law firm or a legal company
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion following processes and procedures
- Have a keen attention to detail
- Must be available to work during Australian Eastern Standard Time business hours from 8.30 AM- 5.30 PM
- Can start ASAP

Tools and Software Experience:
- Actionsteps Legal Practice management software
- Microsoft Office/ 365
- Any type of CRM
