Social Media Manager

Hi,

I am looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to continue a great social media presence for a commercial roofing company (Kodiak Roofing) and Alaskan fishing lodge (Alaskan Anglers Inn). We would like someone with experience in B2B social media content. They would be responsible for creating similar social media content to our past content and also coming up with new ideas and content strategy.

What you'll do...

- Schedule daily posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

- Ability to formulate creative copy for all platforms and content from the website to social media.

- Keep all copy positive, educational, and/ or fun while still relevant to our company/industry.

- Social media design that's uniform across all social platforms (e.g.: Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Blog, etc.).

- Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.

- Respond to all DM’s and messages within 2 hours and answer in a positive way being as helpful as possible.

- Compile reports for of social media analytics for management.

- Monitor competitor social media accounts and overall industry trends. Mimic content that gets high engagement (what time of day posted, what type of photo etc.)

- Monitor Google ads performance and keep Google ads optimization as close to 100% as possible.

- Creative copywriting skills that avoid corporate tone and voice on social media posts, utilize call to actions, and avoiding political tone and voice.
