AR Circus Arts is a circus entertainment company based in Little Rock, AR. We provide circus-style entertainment for festivals, events, galas, banquets, weddings, etc. We are also a circus gym that provides circus technique classes for youth and adults.

We are looking for someone that has great communication skills, customer service skills, excellent computer skills, is a fast learner with a creative side, and can commit to working with a company long-term.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to work 20 hours per week. This teammate will assist with marketing campaign management, content creation, reporting, providing insights, gathering data, and posting to social media. Ideal candidates will desire to learn and grow, take on more responsibilities along the way, and be resourceful enough to gather enough information to help you provide accurate analysis and insights.

Requirements:
Great English communication skills (verbal and written)
Reliable Internet, Reliable PC, Noise Canceling Headset
Must have more than solid experience with Facebook Business Manager (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms are a plus!)
Must be able to run campaigns on different digital platforms (Facebook ads, Google ads, etc.)
Must be familiar with Canva to create social media postings, manage calendar, and create unique stories/storytelling.
Must be able to analyze and interpret metrics from different digital platforms (Facebook, Google analytics, etc.)
Understanding of Excel (leveraging pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
Must be able to follow the agreed timeline and meet deadlines

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will help us monitor and manage our social media initiatives by providing accurate data and insights on our ongoing Upgrade to see actual infompaign Management - You create, manage, and optimize campaigns on different platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads), troubleshoot Issues on the digital platforms, execute ad changes, and integrate UTM/Pixel ID set-up when needed.
Testing & Reporting - You collect and analyze data, perform daily and weekly reporting, and build dashboards with the information. You will need to analyze user engagement (e.g., Click through rate) and provide a rational interpretation of the Upgrade to see actual infomunication - You respond to communications in a timely manner as well as communicating any needs to the team to get the job done.
