JOB OVERVIEW

Hi.
I'm looking for an experienced Bookkeeper, Finance Manager and Executive VA.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not an entry-level position. You must have at least 5 years of experience in a finance-related role.

I'm looking for someone with extreme attention to detail, who is also fun to work with. If you are looking for a slower role, this is NOT the role for you.

Bluntly, I'm looking for a perfectionist who is extraordinarily detail-orientated, who has an eye for detail regarding numbers, can process multiple financial documents, generate reports, and budgets, but also can handle a bit of Human Resources and manage a few projects for which will take responsibility.

Work includes helping me with running the financial department, processing transactions, make sure our Xero is up to date and all numbers stuck up.
Tasks included:
- Full cycle bookkeeping
- Financial Statement Preparation & Reporting
- Bank Reconciliation
- Payroll Processing (UK legislation) – only a few employees
- Posting and adjusting journal entries for day-to-day transactions
- Overall Financial Management and Analysis
- Invoice Processing
- Month-end financial reports
- Overall Business Management
- Budgets Preparation and Control
- Many documents processing including reference requests, debt management letter preparation etc.

Requirements and Experience required:
- Xero
- Advance MS Excel knowledge – (Pivot Table/Macro Tools/Data Automation/System formulation)
- Advance Microsoft Office knowledge
- 2 screen pc setup as many require processing data
- Fluent English
- Notion – is an advantage.
