We are a digital marketing agency, a U.S. based company that is looking to employ an HR Leader with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The HR Leader is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight to the labor process. He or she must be able to negotiate with diplomacy.
To ensure success, an HR Leader should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A top HR Leader should possess remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills to ensure employee retention and development.

Starting pay is $5/hour but if we are happy after the first full month we are willing to give a raise.

A good command of English (fluency and writing) as you are going to conduct a weekly 30 mins training with the current team.

This is a part-time, freelance position and we'd like the person to work during the hours of 8AM to 12PM EST. (New York Time), Monday - Friday

HR Leader Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
Has an experience in creating manuals and policies for companies
Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
Knowledge of employment legislation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Protecting the interests of all employees.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

HR Officer Responsibilities:

Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Orientating new employees and conduct weekly training for existing employees.
Create a way to measure and monitoring employee performance and satisfaction
Create handbook and company policies
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Overseeing the health of all employees.
Implementing systematic staff development Upgrade to see actual infomunicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
