We have an opening for a position in one of our core departments: Loan Sales Specialist

We rely on technology and accurate tracking. We specialize in sub-prime refinance brokering and we issue small personal loans internally. We provide full training and easy-to-follow systems. 24-hour support.

We are seeking a Problem Solver first and foremost. Structure strategic communication with clients to achieve closing objectives. Multitasking is a must and if you enjoy a fast pace environment, we are the right fit for you. Our team is diverse and ranging between continents.

Your primarily duties include:

• Deliver results related to individual and team sales goals as well as customer expectations
• Interviews members and loan applicants by asking relevant and meaningful questions, uncovering their needs, making appropriate product and service recommendations, and developing customized follow-up plan with the member as appropriate.
• Develop new relationship – and maintain existing relationships – working with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle
• Present financial solutions, based on customer needs, that meet their goals
• Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understanding
• Learn how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools

Desired skills and Experiences:

3. Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data
4. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
5. Applicants must be amenable to work on CAD shifts and PH holidays.
6. Amenable to work on night shift
