JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful marketing administrator to help expand our business and increase customer count in this fast growing market. Your main duties will focus on ensuring that we have a constant and accurate stream of target prospects to communicate with, helping us to reach the right contacts with the right companies so that we can move them into the sales cycle.

Your Primary Responsibilities
As a marketing professional, you will initially be responsible for many aspects of the company’s email, telemarketing and event-based lead generation campaigns including:
• Creating and validating lists of email prospects using ZoomInfo and other tools
• Importing lists into our outbound marketing tool for email distribution
• Working with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to send formatted emails to prospects on a daily basis
• Providing completed lists to the telemarketing team for outbound calling follow up
• Updating lists based on bad email addresses, unsubscribe requests as well as new data
• Administering emails that are received in reply to outbound content
• Providing administrative support to the outbound telemarketing team as required
• Helping to organize attendance at partner and customer events such as trade shows
• Other marketing administration tasks and initiatives as required

• Helping to create increased brand awareness of Mondial in the marketplace
• Learning Mondial’s value proposition and positioning

Marketing Assistant Requirements
• Personal integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction,
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills,
• Self-driven, motivated and able to work independently and within a team,
• Proficient in common technology tools like Microsoft Office tools, Salesforce, Zoom,
• Bachelor's or associate degree in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or similar,
• Previous marketing experience in the accounting, FinTech, ERP sectors a big plus,
