Duties & Responsibilities
• Provides excellent customer service via live calls
• Process orders received via live calls and other online platforms through a POS system
• Offers product replacements in case of unavailability
• Dispatch orders via online navigation service (ONFLEET)
• Provides accurate details on all processed orders to customers

Requirements
• Must have 1-2 years experience with inbound calls (BPO environment)
• A stable internet connection up to 50mbps
• PC specs at least i5 and 4GB RAM
• Has noise-canceling headset
• Upbeat and has a good command of English
• Fast learner and attentive to details
• Could execute multiple tasks efficiently
