About Vanta Leagues

The Home of Youth Esports. Vanta is the best place for schools and community organizations to build a sustainable esports program, compete for free, and access expert esports coaching.

Job Details

Vanta is looking for multiple self-driven salespersons who can make an immediate impact and accelerate our growth. This person will be expected to operate independently and as part of the Vanta BD team after a short training period selling Vanta’s competitive leagues and esports coaching services to public and private schools.

For this role, you should be eager to learn valuable skills about the esports industry + diving into the startup tech world, as well as experiencing Vanta League’s company culture that values empathy, heart, confidence, growth, & transparency. Attention to detail, communication and organization are incredibly important.

Experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and work hard is essential.

Time requirement

7:00pm - 4am Philippine Time (1 hour lunch), 11pm - 8am Philippine Time, or 3am - 12pm Philippine Time
Monday - Friday or Tuesday-Saturday USA Time
13th Month Included
US Holiday Schedule

Responsibilities

Drive explosive customer growth
Qualify new leads and manage from initial contact to close
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Present our company to potential clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and business development or customer success team
Report to the Business Development Manager regularly
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Regularly report and forecast
Use and update CRM/CRM like tools with any activity information
Attend relevant BD & staff meetings
Participate in Sales Development trainings
Coordinate with other internal departments to execute sales action plan

Requirements for consideration

2+ Years of sales experience
Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Basic computer literacy skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs)

Ability to follow documented procedures precisely
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Team player, respectful and kind
Experience with CRM tools, Hubspot preferred
Ability to use empathy, inquiry, courtesy, and a proactive, outcome-focused approach to solving issues, both verbally and in written communication
High-speed internet / Stable internet
Ability commit to long term employment

Compensation

$500-$800 per month
