We're looking for experienced individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support. You need to have a strong background in the business model of e-commerce. We are not hiring for customer support for a dropshipping company of a brand. We are hiring for an education company, where we teach people in an online course how they can start making money with e-commerce.
We've been running this company for a year now and we only want to hire individuals who want to stay long-term with us. We have flat hierarchies, treat everyone with respect, pay everyone on time with no delays, and offer great manager positions provided the quality of the work and the commitment of becoming a team lead are given.
