JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a successful and thriving media company established in Australia with an international presence in the e-commerce industry. Our team is distributed across North America, Australia, China, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

The ideal candidate must have at least three (3) years worth of experience working as a Google Ads and Google Shopping Assistant or in a role that is comparable. The candidate must be organized, proactive and is a self-starter. We’re in search of experienced Google Ads assistant to increase targeted traffic to our website.

We want you to be able to work on your own as well as collaborate well with teams. You will work with minimal to no supervision at all so it’s important to be able to manage tasks on your own. You should be communicative, dependable, reliable and accountable.

Job Description:

- Set up Google Ads
- Must be an expert in managing and scaling ads
- Generate ads that are creative, timely, relevant, and can be tested to scale
- Marketing experience is a must
- Manage digital marketing campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Bing Ads and other platforms as needed
- Social Media Management
- Complete all tasks associated with campaigns, such as budget pacing, writing ad copy, making bid adjustments and keyword research
- Build out new campaigns and provide strategic recommendations
- Report Generation from various sources such as Google Data Studio and Google Analytics
- Previous working experience with Fashion and Health brands targeted to Australia, US or UK is a plus

Job Requirement:

- You should be familiar with best practices and have prior experience managing and designing advertisements.
- You should be fluent in English and be able to do keyword and competitor research.
- You should be comfortable using internal communication and collaboration softwares like Dropbox, Google Docs, Zoom, etc.
- You must have prior experience managing advertising accounts, at least on Google or Facebook.
- You must reside in the Philippines
- You have a conducive working environment
- You own a computer/laptop and have a reliable internet connection
- FULL-TIME Contract: Philippine Office Hours, M-F (8hrs/day) 9AM - 6PM
- PART-TIME Contract: Philippine Office Hours, M-F (4-6hrs/day) anytime within 9AM - 6PM
- Monthly Salary of PHP 45,000 - PHP 65,000, the starting salary for this position is determined based on your experience and may vary
- Salary is paid through Paypal, Wise, or Payoneer
