Website creator with video editing skills for podcast - LONG TERM POSITION

I'm looking for someone who's knowledgeable in coding a website and do video editing at the same time, preferably female.

Starting pay: 2 USD per hour (Potential to get a raise in the company if there is exceptional performance)
Pay will be distributed every end of month (30th)
3 weekly meetings for no more than 1 hour each meeting - UNPAID
You have WhatsApp and can answer urgent calls froUpgrade to see actual info between 6am-11am est and/or 6pm-11pm est
