ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - CEBU OFFICE (WORK ONSITE) - URGENT JOB HIRING!

We are seeking for a FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WHO WILL WORK ONSITE IN OUR CEBU OFFICE. The right person will be very responsible and organized with excellent MS-Excel skills. Must have good written English communication skills and able to handle multiple projects.
THE WORKING HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 5AM (GRAVEYARD SHIFT).


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, MS-Excel in particular
• 1+ years using Excel. Knowledge in formulas (vlookup, if, pivot tables) is BIG PLUS!
• Must be good in English both writing and verbal communication skills
• Must be organized and reliable
• Must be flexible and a team player
• Must be able to follow instructions (attention to detail) and strong reading comprehension skills
• Must be deadline-oriented
• Can work with less supervision
• Can work on graveyard shift


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creates/Uploads product data through MS-Excel
• Data Entry, order processing and similar
