Position Title: B2B Sales & Marketing Assistant

Job Overview:
Omnicharge is an electronics manufacturing company. We design and engineer best-in-class power solutions, helping professionals everywhere stay powered.

We are looking for someone to assist our sales team with administrative tasks. The Sales Assistant is responsible for helping the sales team stay organized so they can get their work done without any problems.


Job Responsibilities:
- Updating our CRM (Copper)
- Creating/updating sell sheets
- Creating/updating sales decks/ppts
- Proofread content
- Product Demos
- Generate sales quotes
- Communicate with the team constantly on the progress of tasks
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents
- Gather detailed and well-organized research for review
- Maintain, organize, and create new processes and systems to manage all of the above
- Utilize various software, including Google Office Suite, project planners, communication apps and presentation software
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.

Required Skills
- Previous B2B experience preferred.
- Proficiency with office suite (particularly excel and PowerPoint)
- Critical listening skills, including the ability to analyze and synthesize information.
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, plus set and meet deadlines.
- Excellent in written English.
- Must be able to exhibit critical thinking when faced with complex issues.
