Position Summary:

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years experience working in Sourcing and Supply Chain Management. You will be responsible for sourcing and identifying new suppliers for various products in the fashion, beauty, accessories and home industries, evaluating their quality and reliability, negotiating terms, and overseeing the creation of long-term relationships with preferred suppliers.

Sourcing Manager Job Duties

-Coordinating with people in other departments, such as accounting or shipping, as needed
-Analyzing data to determine the best suppliers based on price, quality of service, and other factors
-Negotiating contracts with suppliers to obtain favorable pricing on materials or services
-Developing long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady flow of products or services
-Creating reports that detail sourcing statistics, including costs and delivery times for suppliers
-Managing inventory levels of existing suppliers to ensure that adequate supplies are available at all times
-Working with an organization’s finance department to forecast projected demand for raw materials or other products or services provided by suppliers
-Reviewing bids from potential suppliers to find the best price and terms
-Coordinating shipping containers, gathering required documents and working with our shipping agent.

Job Type:
Part-time/Full-time (40 hours a week) Tuesday-Saturday 4am-1pm PHT preferred.
