As a Rockstar Digital Marketing Director, you will help ensure that our exceptional client service exceeds expectations by excelling in these critical tasks:
• Developing and executing all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, lead generation, marketing database, lead conversion and funnel creation, email marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Ability to optimize HubSpot for all of our product lines including creating, documenting, and loading campaigns, A/B split testing, and optimizing based on results.
• Manage the marketing department based on KPIs and leading indicators—making adjustments to strategies and tactics based on the ROI of each campaign.
• Optimize the dashboard in HubSpot CRM for all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to receive all necessary management data and point out opportunities based on trends. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Suite and have a well-rounded background in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Net Insight, Omniture, Webtrends, etc.).
• Always do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
• Bringing the BEST version of yourself to every interaction devoid of drama or behaviors that aren’t supportive of the team, the executives, and the clients.
• Clarifying and meeting the Conditions of Satisfaction for each project to create optimized results
• Serve on the strategic planning and marketing committees
• Proactively see what might be missing and make it happen quickly.
