Role:
The Internal Technical Project Assistant is responsible for assisting the customer service manager, operations director, sales director and CEO with many different tasks. Attendance and ability to learn tasks quickly, being resourceful and timely delivery are key.
Responsibilities
Work with our WordPress Site as it relates to plugin updates, monitoring, optimization, and page
Email
Video editing and publishing of replays - average 3 hours a week
Assist with set up of systems for onboarding new tea
Setup and post weekly blog content in WordPress
Setup and schedule weekly Saturday Morning Live once content is received - 45 minutes to 1 hour
Manage Saturday Morning Live calls that includes monitoring start of call, posting live link to send
Setup and modify SamCart carts as needed according to marketing and sales requests. - as needed.
Follow master tag document and standard operating procedures as outlined during training.
Attend daily meetings with Marketing and Sales.
Added Benefit: Setup and deploy marketing funnels as requested. This involves software such as WordPress, ClickFunnels, Active Campaign and Zapier. - 90 minutes to 4 hours depending on project.
