Sales & B2B Lead Generator for Insurance Agent

I have an insurance agent that would like someone to call mortgage bankers for appointment setting, scrape leads and send messages through Linked In, and email prospects. The appointments that you would be setting would be a soft sale for a "virtual coffee" meeting. This would be B2B sales which is much easier in terms of resistance and rejection.

Need someone with advanced/mastery English skills. Agent will provide a script to read from and all written messaging.
