Hello Potential Job Applicant,
A little about us…Our Landscape/Construction business has been open for 10 + years. We are very proud of where we came from and where we are today. I have been single handedly running the business (excluding field work) for the entire existence of the company. I am overdue to start delegating tasks to relieve myself of the burden of working "in" my business vs "on" my business. Growth will continue to be stifled if I continue to stand in the way. I have amazing ideas that consistently fail at the implementation stage due to my work load for all areas of my business/personal life.
We want to grow our business into the public sector, which requires someone with experience in blueprints, construction and specifically water/sewer and other civil work. We do not have anyone on our team that can provide us with a take-off from the plans and specs on a project we want to bid. This is preventing us from bidding on projects we are more than capable of performing and that would exponentially grow our business, team and reputation in the industry. To me this is the most important position in the company. We want to hire someone, as soon as possible. We need a Construction Project Cost Estimator/Project Manager. Someone who can take the job from the RFQ all the way through to the final AIA billing and certified payroll, without my assistance.
I'm looking for someone who is not afraid to tell us where we can improve, take the initiative to modify, create, implement new ideas and systems with minimal input fro

Coordination with the team will provide you with the tools necessary to perform your work. We’d need to develop KPI's, Standard Operating Procedures and Metrics that can be duplicated and replicated for this position.
This job posting is proof that I am ready to delegate, let go, and take direction from someone who understands my goals, my dreams and my weaknesses. This position can be parttime or fulltime. Either way, become not just a tea
