Right now, Data Factory is looking for a Quality Control Administrator to join their team.

As a Quality Control Administrator, your primary role is to extract reports and do verification of the same using multiple software configurations and analytics reports.

Responsibilities
- Exstract reports and store them in the needed folders.
- Record your progress when needed, do test runs and report defects.
- Document queries you may run into while reviewing online assessments.
- Communicate and work with others to troubleshoot, reproduce and retest issues.
- Access and reference various systems and documentation to use in validation procedures.
- Access and use virtual machines for online assessment testing.
- Create or update documentation for testing procedures when needed.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of computer and mobile device usage.
- Familiarity with downloading Apps and configuring devices
- Familiarity with Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft and other eCommerce and social media platforms
- Ability to follow instructions and direction
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
