We are now seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team for an immediate start. Whilst experience in contract administration is desirable, the most important attribute is a willingness to learn, grow and own this role. You will be working alongside the sales team assisting them with the administration tasks.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Measuring site/house plans using our Solo Assist programme
- Preparing Tenders and participating in the tendering process
- Preparing accurate quotes
- Submission of drawings, scope of works and specifications
- Coordinating site meetings
- Assisting in client correspondence

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Motivation, self-direction and willingness to learn
- Sense of urgency, coupled with strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and demands
- Strong work ethic

Working hours are 9am - 5pm Philippines time zone, 5 days a week.
