I'm the CEO of a growing Creative Agency and I'm looking for someone to join my team to (1) manage clients and tea

OVERVIEW OF ROLE
Managing projects: Launching, implementing and overseeing new virtual projects. Examples can include website upgrades, membership portals, and marketing initiatives.
Overseeing operations: Overseeing basic business operations is critical to your job. Some of the systems include invoicing and maintaining client relationships.
Tracking metrics: Identity which KPIs are the most beneficial to track for specific projects, departments, and business areas. This includes monitoring the company's progress, providing updates to clients, and offering suggestions for improvement to senior leadership
Managing people: Managing our team to ensure they meet their deadlines. This involves providing support, allocating resources, conducting performance reviews, and monitoring daily activities.
Example Task List
Maintain + update process automation
Document all processes using the SOP process
Maintain all company documentation
Assist in Strategic Planning with CEO/CORE
Manage + Maintain company reporting
Managing client project schedules to ensure we stay on track
Manage project calendar and team capacity
Communicating with clients and sending weekly updates
Facilitating client onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure Client Success through reviewing deliverables
Reviewing project reporting to identify improvements
Surveying clients and setting up case study interviews
Ensuring our company portfolio is updated after every project
Facilitating tea
Providing tea
Managing tea
Hiring and interviewing new applicants and candidates
Facilitating training and orientation for new tea
Paying contractors and employees based on the payout schedule
Scheduling and/or facilitating team huddles and 1:1s
Planning and prioritizing website updates
Planning and prioritizing branding projects
Facilitating projects through completion
Event Planning for paid events (conferences/retreats)
Course development and production
Assist in the rollout of new service packages

All other tasks will be 1 - 4 prioritized projects per month based on size, complexity, and costs.
