$12-14 AUD per hour (depending on the experience/knowledge)
Full Time - Australian Working Hours (Home based)

We are looking for an independent, proactive and reliable Social Media Paid Ads Specialist who will oversee a handful of clients.

You will be the go-to person for every campaign that you manage and you must have a clear understanding of the following Social Media Paid Ads principles:
You know how to setup, manage and optimise shopping campaigns
Proven track record of setting up campaigns from scratch
Setup a wide range of social media campaigns
All areas to do with campaign, ad sets and ads optimisation across the all social media paid ad platforms
Manage and produce worthy Ad creatives
Manage and produce exceptional Ad copy
Manage and optimise budgets
Daily, weekly and monthly reports
Analyze, define and facilitate contents

You as a person must be:
Proactive and autonomous - be fully responsible for managing multiple campaigns and proactively provide regular updates/suggestions by video call/email or any other means
Attentive to detail and adaptable to change - with the ever changing landscape of Facebook/Instagram Ads, we're looking for someone who never misses an opportunity, has a close eye for even the smallest of details and someone who can ride the wave of frequent change
A work from home whiz - manage time efficiently, utilise project management software to the best of their abilities, be ready to be called upon anytime of the working day and collaborate with other members of the team in order to maximise results for the clients and company.

Skills & Qualifications:
High Level Experience in Social Media Marketing esp on Facebook
Efficiency and high sense of ownership
Understanding the importance of accuracy
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work within deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to efficiency
Excellent copy-writing skills for a range of different mediums
Outstanding organization skills with an ability to multi-task
Can work autonomously or within a team and take creative direction
