You’ll be responsible for a diverse, detailed and important assortment of tasks: everything from curation, creation, and implementation to reporting, tracking and scaling all of our social media initiatives.

We are Starley Murray Live and our mission is to help entrepreneurs. Our amazing entrepreneurs are Influencers, Lifestyle Entrepreneurs and Health and wellness Leaders.
Often, our clients are pushing themselves to grow so big or fast that while they are on the way to their next success, they can experience the fear of not being good enough or even worse imposter syndrome which can hold them back from growing, serving their community or being the next leader in their industry. Examples Of Tasks You’ll Be Doing
Create and execute social strategies that generate new leads, increase engagement, and generate revenue
Come up with social strategies based on best for each platform
Generate and share daily on-brand content (original text, images, video or GIFs) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Create and upload most of the posts (automate some others)
Repurposing video content into other relevant assets for each of our social platforms
Monitor and engage in our Facebook Groups
Help support the creation of editorial calendars and syndication schedules that are in-line with company objectives
Managing a Digital Influencer program for cross promotion of content
Stay ahead of the curve by seeking and evaluating new social media platforms and tools. (be on the lookout for cool new trending campaigns)
Providing weekly social media and advertising conversion reports. What worked, what we learned, how we are trending, and anything we should be watching.

Need a working knowledge of
Familiarity with Asana to showcase your valuable expertise and be on the same page with your teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Must know and have Google calendar to keep track of project plans and deadlines
Familiarity with Google Drive in order to find files and folders, share them and create them so others can find your work easily and quickly
Create Canva designs for posting
Communicate and track progress through asana, Gmail, Canva, google drive, google calendar

Location: VIRTUAL, Work From Anywhere That Has A Solid Internet Connection
Type of Employment: Full-time (some part time opportunities available)
Salary: Paid per project completion - Starting entry level payment for monthly full time (19592.9993 Philippine Peso PHP= $350 USD) after 30 days eligible for monthly pay increase. Bonuses available per individual assessment, opportunities discussed at Upgrade to see actual infopensation paid bi-monthly through Easy Pay.
Time of Day Availability: Many of our team are from all over the world and we juggle many different time zones. For most of the paid projects, there is flexibility with the hours.

There are a few days we ask you to be available for a Team Leader Meeting on USA Mondays / Philippine Tuesdays (typically around 9am Central Standard Time / 8pm Philippines) and occasionally during a Live Online Event on a very small number of occurrences with dates to be determined.
On a case by case basis there may be a department meeting video call on a Monday at 5pm Central Standard Time. The majority of the time of day hours of participation is flexible and email and asana correspondence will take all time zones into consideration when assigning new projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Project Management: You’ve had some experience “driving” projects and processes, and you’re great at Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will be responsible for managing a project from idea to completion with the best possible outcome.

Critical Thinking Action Taker: You're a go-getter, and you're up for any challenge. You're good at thinking fast and adjusting to change quickly. There's no need to lose track of your goals, because we provide you direction, shared project platform invitations and you know how to assess challenges and pivot accordingly, to meeting deadlines with ease or with creative Upgrade to see actual infotrics Motivated: You love taking raw data and using it to help others improve their marketing. You love digging through spreadsheets, making sense of numbers, and coming up with ideas to continuously improve your operation.


Social Media Campaign Creation and Management: You're already into social media marketing and want to know how to increase engagement and traffic. To do this, you'll need to approach this role with passion. We really want you to teach us a few things about this field. Extra bonus if you have experience in Canva and social media posting software like Sprout Social.

Creative Design and Tech Motivated: You love taking raw templates and congruent creative brands and adding your special polish and presentation to stand out above the template crowd. You are great at tech solutions in a timely manner and coming up with ideas to continuously improve your Upgrade to see actual infodependent Self-Starter: You jumpstart and lead with your new ideas and demonstrate you do not need to be micromanaged to get things done. You go the extra mile at work. We work with self-managed people who have a pride and sense of urgency for their work.
