Content Manager for Daily Podcast

We're looking for an assistant editor to help manage content preparation for a daily podcast. This is an important role with different components and a lot of responsibility. You'll need to coordinate with our team of writers to assign and review stories, compile show notes and prepare an email template for each episode, reach out to potential guests to ask questions, and complete various other tasks.

We're looking for someone long-term who can help us grow, and we want to support that person fully as well.

# Skills Needed

- Strong communication skills are a must! Your primary job will be coordinating lots of people and arranging details by email.
-You should also be good at follow-through, keeping up with lots of details, and logistics
- After the training period, almost all of this work will be conducted independently. You'll need to be comfortable working on your own with little supervision.
- You'll need high fluency in English and familiarity with American culture.
- You'll need general familiarity with Wordpress, Google Docs & Spreadsheets, and other common online tools.

- Work entirely on your own schedule (you'll need to be available at least a couple of hours almost every day, but with plenty of time for breaks and planned time off)

- 10% salary increase after three months, then another 10?ter six months
