Who Are You?
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be an instrumental member of the Performance team working with both
Salary and Benefits:
$1500 - $2000 per month (negotiable depending on experience)
13th-month pay
HMO for contractor plus immediate family (spouse and children) after 3 months of employment

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Paid Ads team - create, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns within Google, Bing,
Monitor and analyze data from Google Analytics, Funnel.io, Google DataStudio reports, and other tools to gain insights and spot opportunities to make informed and strategic adjustments.
Assist in actively testing and analyzing keywords, bid strategies, ad copy, ad creative, and landing pages.
Have experience with Google Tag Manager, including but not limited to creating and testing triggers, and tags
Keep up-to-date with paid social and PPC industry trends, developments, and best practices.
Support Lifecycle and
Identify opportunities to continually optimize campaigns and workflows to drive acquisition, subscription, retention, and engagement.
Perform QA on lifecycle and promotion campaigns and produce regular performance reports.
Ensure adherence to best practices and relevant
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong understanding of
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple large-scale cross-channel campaigns.
Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and promotional strategies and tactics (e.g. trigger-based communications).
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS to help build and maintain templates is required.
Working knowledge of
Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition activities
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social and search engine marketing
Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization and Remarketing
Experience with the following User Interfaces: Google, Bing,
Experience with Google Tag Manager
Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments (preferred)
Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, etc)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio)
Strong analytical skills and experience generating PPC/SEM reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Requirements:
