Looking for a highly skilled management person who can help me manage my clients and current VA's

We do Amazon drop-shipping so must have experience in that field I will offer SALARY + SPLIT incentive of each store you manage :

have 50+ stores but you will only help manage 10-20. Must be an expert in Amazon and have great communication skills

-Handles all VAs concerns
-Attends to clients inquiries
-Updates Main Sheet
-Monitors Account Health in every store
-Makes sure KPi threshold is met
-Fixes Policy violations
-Works on removing negative feedbacks
-Monitors customer service, making sure all messages/issues are addressed correctly
-Oversees in handling returns, refunds and chargebacks
-Looks after passwords to secure all accounts
-Prepares the payroll every 15 and 31
