We’re a growing personal brand in the beauty industry. We're looking to significantly increase the amount of social media content we produce and distribute. We’d like someone who can produce videos with graphics, text, music and animation that grabs attention, engages the audience and has them coming back for more!
Everyone on our team is marketers, not some lame suit and tie middle manager types that feel good about themselves because they can tell someone what to do and hide in the middle. We live life on the edges, the place where normal people become uncomfortable and are easily weeded out.
If you’re looking for “comfort”, you’ll hate this job. If you need to be told what to do every five minutes, you’ll really hate this job.
If you’re creative, live on the edge, and can create engaging content that people want to share and watch, you’ll love this job and our team. We are a gritty, fast paced, and creative team. Our life changes on a daily basis and speed is critical.
We create our own podcasts, books, live events, online classes, and more. You’ll be documenting/filming the owner of the company as she grows her brand.
This is an opportunity to understand what real entrepreneurship looks like, not a classroom of theory.

You must be passionate about storytelling and marketing.
You should have the confidence, creativity and initiative to help us form visual style and brand identity through digital content... The boss wants to hear ideas from YOU, not the other way around. We need someone with an artistic wild side.
Skill in the field (mobile and fixed camera) to capture quality video and audio.

Familiarity with podcasts, YouTube, Instagram and
Shooting, compiling and producing video footage for podcast, YouTube, Instagram and other social media distribution.
Pulling stills from video footage and overlaying graphics/text for social media distribution.
Creating and adding graphics, visual effects, music, and animation to video projects.
Management of YouTube channel - utilize all of YouTube's best practices for traffic and SEO.
