We are a Canada-based company looking for a Bookkeeper with Administrative experience.
We will walk you through and orient you to our process but, we need someone who already has experience as we'll provide minimal training.
You’ll be working with us full time, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time
We need someone who can work with us full time.
You will be responsible for:
- Collecting deposit
- Following on deposit
- Update the salesman when we don't get the deposit
- Follow up with the finisher to see which jobs are completed
- Collections
- Data entry through QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank
- Reconcile credit cards
- Run a report on profit
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience working remotely
- Has a strong command of English (both oral and written)
- Quickbooks experience is a MUST
- Has Critical Thinking Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Can work under pressure
- Has the ability to excellently multitask

- Experience with Google Apps: Spreadsheet, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is an advantage
