JOB OVERVIEW

The Operations Coordinator at Talking HealthTech is focused on organising and managing day to day activities to ensure all facets of the business run smoothly.

The role involves both back end work as well as engaging with clients, members and stakeholders that are important to Talking HealthTech, handling queries and owning tasks, escalating when required.

The purpose of recruiting for this role is to increase capability in the business to allow the CEO to focus on more strategic and growth orientated activities to help expand the business, rather than routine recurring tasks that are important to the business.

Key Performance Indicator 1: Content Coordination

* Podcast episodes are created utilising a number of contractors (content writing, audio editing, graphics, posting etc).
* The Ops Manager will be responsible for reviewing and approving audio, visual and copy for each episode and reverting to contractor for any revisions as required.
* The Operations Manager will be overall responsible for ensuring Contractors have received the required work to deliver their element to the accepted level of quality and meeting deadlines. Ultimately ensuring podcast episodes and content go live as planned.

Key Performance Indicator 2: Event Planning
* In addition to Podcast episodes, Talking HealthTech organises a quarterly Summit for members and ticket holders, which features around 40 speakers at an all day virtual event.
* Talking HealthTech also organsies regular webinars, livestreams and other online events for members, which are smaller shorter meetings within the community
* The Ops Manager will be responsible for ensuring all of these activities are tracked and project managed appropriately to provide the best chance of success

Key Performance Indicator 3: Customer Support
* The Ops Manager will respond to queries and follow up on requests for Talking HealthTech via email and phone.

Key Performance Indicator 5: General Administration
* Prepare and update templates for standard comms such as emails, linkedin messages etc
* Assisting CEO with routine tasks
* Calendar and Email management for CEO, rescheduling events due to conflicts as required

Maintain details of all client comms in the CRM (Pipedrive)
* Monitor and follow-up outstanding accounts
* Any other ad hoc admin work required from time to time
