REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER

I am looking for the optimal colder caller capable of identifying cold-hot leads. You must be highly experience in speaking with home owners and converting leads! I am looking for a caller with team communication skills and proper conversation dialect with potential sellers

Our cold caller team is an elite team of professional and experience cold callers. Their tasks are to build rapport and accurately convey our interest in purchasing their home through precise and convincing wording. We are looking for full-time / long-term callers.

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE IN COLD CALLING (what software are you familiar with?)

NEGOTIATION SKILLS (convincing leads to speak with you and sell their property with our company

BUILDING RAPPORT (making sure seller is comfortable with discussing their situation with you)

PAY:

Starting off, all cold callers receive $3.00 per, $5.00 per hot lead, and $100 per closed deal. Upon their assisting in closing the first deal, our callers will receive $3.00 per hour and will gradually increase from there. We provide opportunities for financial growth.
