Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager on a part time basis with the following schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10:00am EST to 2:00pm to assist with the following:

-Screening candidates based on position need, video submissions and requirements
-Interviewing candidates that are qualified for the position in need
-Hiring and onboarding selected candidates
-Conducting monthly performance reviews
-Experience in the logistics is a plus!

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the full interviewing and onboarding process. If you also have experience in processing payroll, this is a plus and will be subject to an increase in pay!

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of developing requirements criteria in order to select the correct candidate for the role. As a logistics company, we have a constant need to ensure that we have couriers at all times to meet client needs so the ideal candidate should have experience in logistics and understand what to look for in a candidate to ensure quality hiring.

The ideal candidate should have familiarity with payroll software, online job boards/hiring platforms, CRM tools/ Email, and online camera access.

This position will require the ideal candidate to conduct virtual interviews so it is a must that you have reliable internet connection at all times, a professional presence as you will be representing the company as a point of contact, clear speaking, and strong decision-making skills.

This position is currently part-time but will have an opportunity to move into a full-time role if desired by the candidate after 3 months of employment with the company.
