Job Details:
- Administrative Real Estate Task – including Email Management, providing availability and quotes to partners on stays in these other Florida markets, gathering and organizing all the paperwork, receiving and acknowledging service requests from our residents/clients, submitting requests to partner communities then following up on them to ensure they get completed on time, monitoring work results and managing client ongoing questions (package deliveries, mail forwarding, help with Wifi, etc.)
- Lead Generation and Research - Sourcing rental properties in other Florida markets
- Client Service Support – Receiving and making calls through Grasshopper

Qualifications:
- Proven experience of demonstrated ability to provide detailed Administrative and Back-End Support supporting clients/businesses in the Real Estate and Property Management industry
- Experienced in Customer Service (via email and phone)
- Highly Skilled in conducting research and generating leads
- Tech-savvy and someone who is comfortable managing different Technical Tools applicable to the business
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing
- Energetic and Passionate Individual
- Highly Organized Individual and Displays a strong work ethic
- Capacity and commitment to work 40 hours a week supporting clients following EST Timezone
