POSITION:
Customer Service Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with a small but mighty Customer Service team to deliver an exceptional buying experience for our customers by…

- Overseeing day-to-day customer support operations and addressing customer escalations
- Approaching customer escalations with a can-do attitude by providing solutions to customer related issues
- Managing, coaching, and developing our Customer Service Representatives
- Maintaining good working relationships with our suppliers/vendors & their teams
- Moderating and managing phone and customer service ticketing systems
- Facilitating monthly customer service performance reviews
- Identifying areas of improvement within the customer service team and working with management to implement changes/growth to maximize the team’s effectiveness and synergy both internally and externally with our customers
- Collaborating with the team in planning, creating, documenting and communicating standard operating procedures for customer service operations
- Collaborating and interfacing with various departments in order to provide an excellent customer experience
- Responding to customer reviews, specifically those with customer sentiments
- Ad Hoc & downtime tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager with the following skill sets and experience...

- 2+ years of management experience (ideally in customer service)
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to navigate through conflict and provide solutions through effective communication and de-escalation skills
- Friendly, caring and empathetic in difficult situations
- Loves communicating and helping different types of people over phone and email
- Responsible, reliable and organized
- Keen attention to detail & time management
- A fast learner
- Able to follow procedures/instruction and make proactive decisions
- Has a “can-do” attitude and is a great problem solver
- Works well alone and within a team dynamic
- A great multi-tasker; thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in 1 or more of the following: e-Commerce/Shopify, Re:amaze, Asana, and Google Drive (preferred but not required)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A quiet place and quality headset for taking phone calls
- Reliable internet connection (10 Mbps minimum)
- Computer with updated antivirus software
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- US Work Hours (9am - 5pm EST)

COMPENSATION:
- 50,000 - 60,000 PHP / month (depending on experience)
- Paid major US Holidays (Christmas, New Years, Independence, Labor, and Memorial Day)
- Potential for performance bonuses
