We are a home furnishing e-commerce brand. Looking to hire an experienced listing creation and content optimization manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be detailed-oriented, organized, and should have extensive experience in creating and optimizing Amazon listings. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, adept at problem solving, and has a can-do approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating new listings for our products on Amazon, resolving any listing and account issue, and optimizing listings to maximize our customer experience and online presence.
Ability to upload flat files, edit listings manually, and opening cases with Amazon in a timely manner.
Monitoring and improving existing listings to enhance the quality of all: product descriptions, images, videos, and A+ content. A keen attention to detail will be necessary.
Creating reports to track the quality of our listings and identify trends in customer questions/reviews that need to be addressed.
Updating internal documents and systems as necessary.
Working with our existing internal systems and contributing as the team player in the improvement of internal processes, systems and tools.
Connecting with our Sales, Marketing and Product development teams to ensure successful launching of new products.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-4 years of experience in e-commerce management preferred
Outstanding multitasking and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and SellerCentral
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Keen attention to detail
A team player attitude, while also capable of working independently
