Expert QuickBooks Online and Xero Bookkeeper | Full Time |US hours

We are continuously hiring new bookkeepers!

Must have 5+ years solid bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks online and Xero. Being a CPA or equivalent is a PLUS.

We are looking for full-time experienced CPA, Quickbooks Online and Xero bookkeeper from the Philippines with at least 5+ years of solid bookkeeping experience working with other online companies to manage their bookkeeping Upgrade to see actual infondidates should have a strong understanding of ecommerce bookkeeping and issues/ tasks Ecom sellers deal with when it comes to bookkeeping. We are a bookkeeping business looking to build a Filipino Bookkeeping team to support our US team.
Looking for someone full time and exclusive to us that we can build a team around. Must be willing to work MST business Upgrade to see actual infondidates must have strong communication skills, a good command of the the English language, high attention to detail, must work well in a team and passionate.

The role will be focused on,
(1) monthly financial reports
(2) Managing all financials using the Xero/QBO bookkeeping software
(3) Providing reports to our US based Accountant and Clients
(4) Communicating with customers about bookkeeping questions as needed.
(5) Other Ecom bookkeeping tasks like inventory sales tax AP/AR, Loans payroll etc

Here are our requirements for the role:
-Able to work MST hours between 3 am to 12 noon MST (5 pm to 2 am PH time)
-5+ years of experience as a bookkeeper
-Certified Public Accountant
-3+ years experience with Quickbooks Online and Xero
-Happy with a rate between $5 and $12 per hour
