The Data Analyst role will help the other Departments process the data related to their field and make more data-driven decisions easier to make. Our department is in charge of the technology, data, and IT needs of the company.



This role will not only help the operations but TransBiz as a whole.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

Manages the data pipelines to make sure that they are always updated and online.
Make sure that all the necessary metrics needed by the different teams are being provided to them.
Collaborate with stakeholders to learn more about what is needed to be done and what data can be obtained.
Assist teams with data analysis through automated reporting and checking of important metrics.
Create new data pipelines for new brands or new data sources.
Disseminate dashboards and reports to the people who need them through proper channels.


THE PERFECT CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION

With one (1) year of experience working with data visualization, manipulation, and analysis.
Fluent English spoken and written communication skills.
MUST HAVE advanced knowledge in database management.
Previously worked in a marketing company or something related to it.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel) and Google Docs Applications (Google Sheets and Google Docs).
Attention to detail and prompt reporting adherence to deadlines.
A strategic and intellectually curious thinker with a focus on outcomes.
