•years experience specific to finance / planning role in financial services
•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred but not required
•Professional experience in handling large amount of data, analyzing P&L and balance sheet drivers
•Exceptional analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and project management skills with a proven track record of execution against deliverablesStrong organizational skills, including good judgment and decision making capabilities
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams
•Experience leading functional teams and driving Financial Planning and AnalysisAbility to connect the dots across projects and budget activities Demonstrated leadership and project management skills

Your responsibilities:

•Govern the processes for submitting annual multi-year budgets and forecasts and report total financial performance on a monthly basis
•Manage the preparation, consolidation, review and analysis of a number of key financial activities including but not limited to:
budget, mid-year forecast, financial updates for the Senior Management, and analyzing Engineering spend
•Create financial reports and meet with finance team to clearly summarize trends on Eng spend and provide insight to senior management
•Execute the above processes with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness of meeting deliverables on prescribed timetables / calendars
•Advise on directional strategy and provide guidance on significant business decisions
•Map out processes and develop efficiencies and improvements
•Lead additional one-off and repeatable analyses as required by senior management
•Communicate and coordinate effectively with the LOBs and corporate functions areas (e
•External Reporting, Investor Relations, Establish and maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, Support ad hoc projects as necessary
