We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team!

We’re Level, a fast-moving and fast-growing US-based company connecting work-from-home Filipinos (Virtual Assistants) with our clients located in the Upgrade to see actual info the past few years, our company has seen rapid and exponential growth, even through the pandemic. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create or edit job descriptions
- Post jobs on social media, job posting sites, TNM website
- Source and qualify candidates
- Review direct applications and resumes for minimum requirements; send out resume template to candidates (or remind them to submit one) who don't have a resume
- Reply to candidates who apply on job posting sites and social media sites with an application link if one has not been completed
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates
- Conduct reference checks over the phone
- Summarize reference call notes for candidate's profile
- Candidate profiles, reviewing/editing
- Social media checks for candidates
- Communicate with candidates to receive all requested documents for their file
- Run background checks for candidates
- Endorse short-listed candidates to Onboarding

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist in the work-from-home industry or similar recruitment role
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms, etc.)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Be able to build strong client and candidate relationships during the hiring process
- Be able to administer and manage a high volume of vacancies, quickly prioritizing key recruitment activity
- High emotional intelligence
- Fearless drive and motivation
- Absolute team player
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Ability to produce quality output on time
- Though it is not required, we prefer candidates that also have US Real Estate experience
