Transaction Coordinator

My company, Harmony Land Holdings LLC, is looking for our next TeaUpgrade to see actual infomber!

The most important quality for this job is the ability to speak great English as you will be the first contact a prospective customer will have with my company. You know what they say..... you only get one chance to make a first impression!

The second quality is someone who is very organized. We are a growing company and currently implementing many company procedures and processes. Someone with great organizational skills will help to implement these procedures and processes to make sure the business runs smoothly.

The third quality that I am really interested in is Resourcefulness. There will be tasks that I need done that will require research and phone calls to multiple vendors/government agencies/other individuals to get to the solution of the problem. Someone who can think with the end goal in mind and find the fastest path to the solution will be a great asset to the company.

This job will entail:

During standard US business hours, I need someone to answer the phone and input prospective customers information into the system for processing. We don't get a large volume of calls, 5-10 per day maximum, so this is not the main work you will be doing but an important one.

The main job duties will be that of a transaction coordinator. The transaction coordinator will create ads for properties we have to sell on the internet. You will post these properties on numerous websites for maximum exposure. You will aid in getting quotes for work to improve these properties and help to coordinate those improvements. Once the property sells it will be the transaction coordinators job to work with the title company and buyer/buyers agent to get the transaction to the closing table.

Why this job is awesome! I believe that when the company does well, then the employees should do Upgrade to see actual info addition to the salary, I pay a bonus for every deal closed that you have done work on. The starting bonus is $75 US per transaction and can increase as production Upgrade to see actual info would make me a really happy person to have my employees double their salary with commission checks.
