We're looking for full-time Lead Generation Specialists who will work with our Sales Team to provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through our CRM and LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct lead generation, prospecting and qualifying potential new clients
- Research companies to create strategic communication plans
- Proactively schedule calls with perspective clients via phone and email (including cold calling)
- Educate prospective clients on the value of the Agency’s services
- Work collaboratively with the CEO & Telemarketer with a goal of supporting their monthly and annual revenue targets
- Interact with other sales, marketing, and project delivery staff to collaboratively determine customer needs
- Respond to requests from customers as needed in a courteous and professional manner

Candidate must have:

- At least 2 years of experience in Inside Sales/Telemarketing/Sourcing
- Experience working in an Agency is an advantage
- Strong Communication Skills
- Outgoing and friendly; able to quickly build professional rapport with individuals through various communications channels such as telephone and email
- Sales-oriented and goal-oriented, self-starting and able to work without constant supervision
- Excellent client service skills & the drive to hit targets
- Strong "hunter" approach to creating persuasive pitches
- Familiarity with PipeDrive (CRM)
