Intake Specialist

We're looking for a dedicated case evaluation assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include taking and making calls to handle our daily call intake, updating matters and files on Salesforce and other systems, and maintaining communication with attorneys, clients, and other firUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Work hours are 9 PM to 6 AM the following day Philippine Standard Time.
A neutral accent and prior call center experience are a must.
