• As a customer success executive and digital marketer to assist and develop digital content and organize various relevant activities to run digital marketing campaigns by promoting, educating, training audiences with our production and solution offerings which include but limit to on digital advertisement, online live events, and meetings.
• Follow up and handle enquires from clients to ensure customer satisfactory.
• Act as Project Coordinator to ensure project schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized, communicate with various internal and external stakeholders whenever necessary.
• Attend internal and external trainings to increase skillset and knowledge at work.
• Provide status update and clearly communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders which include but are not limited to colleagues, suppliers, principals, partners, and clients to keep all stakeholders about progress on any changes to the project plan as well as customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Discuss and negotiate orders, contracts, and agreements with customers to assist for sales closure.
• Ensure timely and delivery of our product and services to customers in satisfactory level in accordance with customer’s needs and objectives.
• Assist to develop and create new business to our existing and new clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet company sales quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
• Assist client requests or issue and perform case or issue escalation whenever is needed.
