IT System Engineer

Job Description
• The position requires meeting with clients and providing technical consultancy,
implementation and support services within Malaysia and neighbouring countries.
• The candidate will be implementing and supporting various vendor product,
technologies in various emerging solution.
• Perform Research and Development on new technologies and applications
• Provide onsite and remote technical support services
• Create project documentation for customers
• You will be part of robust and agile team to deployed, managed and monitor all
installed systems and infrastructure, this include application, management tools and
software testing.
• Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability adhering ITIL
standard and SLA.

Requirements
• Must be Highly Motivated and Passionate for IT Engineering and Computer Science
challenges
• Working experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft related products and
technologies
• Preferably specialized in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or
equivalent.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem solving & analytical skills
