Location: Philippines (work from home)

Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, 12 AM to 9 AM in the Philippines

Job Summary: The Technology and ERP Systems Specialist will be responsible for learning and configuring different business software systems used by the company. They will also need to have a deep understanding of ERP systems and be able to support users in leveraging the system to solve business problems.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology and ERP Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing and troubleshooting technology systems, deep understanding of advanced experience in ERP systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in American English with our US team.

As the Technology and ERP Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting and improvement of our ERP, IT and IS system. You will collaborate with all our teams to ensure our systems are configured correctly, maintained, and updated to meet business requirements. You will also manage the data flow between the ERP system and other software applications, ensuring data integrity, and making recommendations for improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and configure different business software systems used by the company.
Support users in leveraging the ERP system to solve business problems.
Understand the full architecture and interaction between the ERP software and the Microsoft SQL database.
Have familiarity with processes such as accounting, inventory, manufacturing, job costing, time tracking, purchasing and sales to be able to understand the ERP well enough to solve business problems.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and software systems that could improve the company's Upgrade to see actual infotup, configure, maintain and support all user PCs
Overseeing and maintaining all of our organization's technology systems. This includes managing our ERP system, Infor Systeline, DocTrak, FactoryTrak, Google Drive, a secure password keeper, CRM system, VoIP system, Windows Systems, Label Printing Systems (Bartender), Office 365, Outlook, multiple domains, ISP, Online Sales Portal, Hubspot, Upgrade to see actual info, Zoom, Zoom Phones, Zapier, android tablets, remote desktop, and PredictiveIndex. Your duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring data security, managing software updates and integrations,
Providing training and support to end-users for above mentioned systems
Partner with our IT service provider for domain controller and VPN
Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
5+ years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably with a Microsoft SQL database back end.
Experience learning and configuring different business software systems.
Familiarity with processes such as accounting, inventory, manufacturing, job costing, time tracking, purchasing and sales.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in American English
Ability to teach others how to use technology.
Ability to generate, read and modify basic code and SQL
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of technology and how it is used in business.
High-speed internet and quiet home office environment
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong sense of urgency and commitment to user satisfaction
Must understand that this is a "single contributor" position with no direct reports
Comfortable working the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time
Strong organizational skills, both in paper and technology
Must be willing to work from home
Compensation and Employment:

20% above your current salary (includes the premium for working night-shift) + bonuses/commission
You will be a full-time employee through a BPO with benefits (not an independent contractor) and will receive standard Philippine benefits (13th month)
Health benefits provided to employee and two dependents (all covered by employer)
