Project Coordinator

We are a manufacturer of custom office cabinets in South Florida and are seeking a project coordinator to assist the senior project managers. Duties would include:
- Data entry of new projects (invitations to bid) into CRM (HubSpot), Dropbox, and GMail
- Email follow up on prospective new projects
- Schedule and coordinate project timelines
- Collect and maintain up to date project files
