Main job desc: We need you to engage with our students, potential students on Upgrade to see actual info and facebook business manager and phone to support them, answer their questions and maintain and ongoing relationship.

We are an Australian dance school in Sydney, having been operating for many years. This role will report to our head of operations (who works remotely in India).

About the role

We are looking for the friendliest and brightest person around to be the face and voice of our business helping our clients and potential clients by chatting to them via Upgrade to see actual info and facebook messenger.

This will require you to get to know our processes and then contact leads as well as existing clients with onboarding process, booking in for appointments, following up non responders and using your creativity to keep people engaged in conversation and wanting to come to you for help.

Duties & responsibilities

On an average day, you will be doing (but not limited to) the following activities:
- Handling all inbound facebook chats and texts and emails.
- Help our customers with rescheduling, cancelling and creating new bookings via voice message or text msg.
- Onboarding new clients with orientation on how to use app, turn on social media alerts etc
- Calling new leads to help them book in
- dealing with problems and disputes

Skills and experience

- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent organisation and multitasking to manage many client chats every day
- Additional skills will be viewed favourably (VA experience)
