Senior Recruiter is a key support position for Marketect Media LLC.
As the Senior Recruitment Admin, you will be recruiting marketing experts across a variety of roles to our clients’ teams. You will be responsible for headhunting marketing roles, screening and filling specialized marketing positions for our clients, and interviewing for key positions.
If you have experience evaluating marketing candidates for roles like Director of Marketing, Senior Developer, Multimedia Designer, Marketing Admins and Copywriters, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll help us find and recruit great marketing talent efficiently and keep our hiring processes running smoothly.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
** Have experience recruiting for Marketing teams
** Have experience working on a Marketing Teams
** Have the expertise to vet portfolios / resumes across our positions, headhunt, and interview.
** Have the knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn,
** Have experience using remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack and Trello to manage tea
** Be comfortable in spreadsheets and documents, to both maintain data, compile data, and review data for key learnings that impact company growth
** Should be highly tech savvy and excellent in setting up all the tools needed for the business
** Possess a strong attention to detail, time management skills, and excellent teamwork skills
** Have experience working in a fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines
** Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 45+ WPM)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
** Working closely with our Founder & Director of Recruiting to build strong marketing teams for our clients, including maintaining a good pool of candidates for various positions within the company and minimizing turnover on the team
** Interviewing marketing candidates for junior and senior roles
** Networking with potential hires through professional groups on social media
** Communicating with clients to support their hiring needs
** Scheduling interviews and coordinating appointments between interviewer and candidates
** Screening resumes and portfolios for quality candidates
** Coordinating hiring activities and managing key admin tasks (e.g. answering
** Preparing and posting job ads online
** Processing background checks
** Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
Work Type: Full Time
Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 3 pm CST to 12 am CST // Monday to Friday, 4 am to 1 pm PHT.
Salary Range: Php25,000 - Php 40,000
