Video editor (USING DESCRIPT)

Looking for someone who can

Edit two video podcast episodes a week using DESCRIPT VIDEO EDITOR
Create approx 30 x 1 min snippets from these podcasts
Transcribe 5 podcasts a week using Descript
Set up the transcriptions on our website as a blog post
Schedule the snippets to be posted to YouTube shorts and TikTok using our scheduling software
Edit a few short-form snippets a week.

We prefer to use Descript because of how quick it is.
Must NOT have another full-time job and must be available during Australian work hours.

Experience with tools like CapCut is also useful, but Descript is our main editing software.
