Web Designer for NFT Project website

We are looking for a web designer to design the CSS and HTML setup for our NFT Project website. The website needs to work on mobile as well as on desktop.
Ultimately we will built the functionality in React, so the freelancer we are looking for only has to concentrate on HTML and CSS and on defining how the artist should draw the content elements.
